How many kids can participate? +

Each party includes up to 12 builders. Additional kids are welcome for an extra per-child fee depending on your package. Just send your final headcount at least 72 hours before the party so we can bring enough bricks and mini-figures for everyone.

What ages are Brick Pop parties best for? +

Our parties are perfect for builders ages 5–12. Younger siblings are welcome to celebrate, but due to small parts, activities are not recommended for children 3 and under.

What do you bring vs. what do we provide? +

We bring everything — bricks, mini-figures, competition prizes, coloring sheets, take-home builds (premium packages), plates, napkins, forks, tablecloths, a brick-themed birthday candle, and tables & chairs if needed. You just bring the cake, drinks, and any extra food!

Where can the party be hosted? +

We can come to your home, backyard, community clubhouse, or another event space. We recommend at least a 20×20 foot area — a driveway or back patio works great!

Do kids get to keep what they build? +

Yes! Every child in every package takes home a custom mini-figure. In the Premier and VIP packages, kids also take home their build creation as a special keepsake from the birthday builder's day.

Can we choose a themed party? +

Absolutely! Full themes are available with our VIP Master Builder Experience — Superhero, Wizard, Ninja, Construction, and more. We just need at least 2 weeks' notice. Some themes may incur an additional fee.

Do you travel? How far? +

Yes! We serve families throughout the Lake Norman & Charlotte area. Travel is included within 10 miles of Huntersville. Locations 10–20 miles away may include a $35 travel fee. Beyond 20 miles, reach out for a custom quote.

What if it rains for an outdoor party? +

We recommend having a backup indoor or covered space ready just in case — a garage, covered patio, or living room works perfectly!

How do we lock in our date? +

A $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date. The remaining balance and final guest count are due 72 hours before the party. Cancellations more than 7 days out may transfer your deposit to a future available date.
